Oh this is amazing. It's because the song is so relatable. It's based on something real. So listening to this song, I couldn't help but remember myself being in this situation. It's a cocktail of feelings tbh. There's the stifling feeling from bottling up those feelings, the feelings of "i wish we were" and "if only". Hearing them talking about who they like and you're there thinking, "Why not me?". You know. And when they meet someone they love, you've gotta be supportive of that. Because it's making her happy. And then you're happy she's happy but not happy you aren't the reason behind that happiness. A whole cocktail of feelings, like I said😫
