my Google home bedtime routine with crickets sound really helping me go to sleep. I've set it for one hour and it work like a charm. I don't hear it now at all at the day when I am at work just when I go back home before bed time. My tinitus went half down lately. And hope it will go away some day so I try to stay positive because stress really make it louder.

Everyone trys different things, tweaking it, till they reach a place where it's 30 % or someday you don't hear the noise. There is no cure as of yet, but there are things that you can do that will lessen the noise. I can lower it, somedays, it simply disappears, which is a blessing at least to me. Even lowering the noise is a blessing.

How long does it take to habituate, so you can't hear your tinnitus or it's just background noise?

Gingko biloba helps for tinnitus and the vertigo that it sometimes causes. Sage seems to help but not as much. Also I've been injecting BPC-157 in my neck for about 6 weeks and it has really improved the tinnitus.
