I was introduced to Shin Ramyun when I taught English in South Korea back in 2001. It was literally my first meal I had with my host family (the owners of the hagwan and their kid). They made a couple of packages of Shin Ramyun and we all ate it family style right out of the pot. I have picked it up regularly from the international section of my grocer ever since. It's the only ramen that I eat.

I’m not even Korean I’m Mexican and that’s how I always made this ramen soup since I was little! I don’t know who taught my parents but we always eat this soup at home I even passed it down to my kids and they love it

Dude, you speak at least two languages, that's more than I can say for most people. Nothing to be uncomfortable about. Your videos are awesome. I especially love Clair's taste testing input. Great duo!

My favourite is Shin Ramen 'Black'. It has an additional flavour pack with concentrated bone marrow broth with garlic. It's great. I saw your older video a few months back, and I have to agree with you, that little bit of added garlic does bring it to a new level if there is no garlic, and green onions freshen things up a bit. I just add the egg in the last 30 seconds and don't break it - trying to keep the egg yolk whole. For the ramen you used, I often mix in a spoonful of peanut butter and some finely chopped broccoli. Try it! Don't worry about your English. Good luck with YouTube! Subscribed!

I love the red rameyun. I buy them all the time and mix it with egg. Sometimes bacon, or coconut milk. I use half of the spicy pacet. It's too spicy for me. But it works well with half amount of it.

I love nong shim ramyun! Here in Germany you can buy those in a regular supermarket. I fry carrots before I add the water. At the end I add bok Choi... Believe it or not - sometimes I have this for breakfast... Gourmet spicy is my favorite flavor (black is difficult to get).
I also like very much the potatoe noodles from the same brand. Please go on posting videos about Korean food!
