Hi Becca! I know how you feel about journaling. I highly recommend the book ‘the artist way’ by Julia Cameron. She talks about the ‘morning pages’ ritual. She writes 3 pages first thing in the morning. I’ve been doing this for a few years and it single-handedly made the greatest impact on my mental health and life satisfaction .
