I think the problem with docker and wsl is now fixed, just install the latest version for both of them

The question i had was why this guy is running docker in WSL but i researched a bit and came to know that Images created on windows docker desktop will only run on docker desktop hosted on windows only and vice a versa for linux since majority of people use docker on linux and many images are available in linux its better to create your docker images in WSL.
