Would you suggest using the fog lamps while driving at night in ordinary conditions? Somebody told me it helps see the sides of the road.

i need to replace mine as the dimmer does not dim.
Have a new one but how do get the old one out?
Its held in with tangs but no idea how to access these without removing a lot of the dash
Any help would be great.
