Would you recommend a sock aid for someone that couldn’t do figure four post CABG, as long as they are not pulling too hard or > 5#?? Thanks for all the wonderful info/tips!

I have been looking for WEEKS for answer of what does "monitor vitals" mean exactly... especially with BP. How am I responding with patient depending on the reading... When do I just have them sit back down vs sit down and tell the nurse immediately vs just document it because this reading it is normal for this patient. Where can I find answer to this? I looked at your website OT Dude and I'm still stuck on this. Thank you so much for channel.

Hi! I appreciate your work so much. In your understanding of the NBCOT, is it standard to use the Borg RPE using the 0-10 scale measure, more common to see the 6-20 scale, or a mixture of both? Is there a clinical reason why would one be used over ther other?
