why is this happening in the first place? If I refresh the page like 2-3 times it works, but still. I also have this annoying bug sometimes - "Oops! Google Chrome has crashed. Relaunch Now?" - and if I press yes it just repeats the error until I get mad and actually restart my PC

Just wanted to say this helped me perfectly. 

Some other fixes I read before trying this:

clear cache

Going to chrome://net-internals/ -> Sockets tab, and clicking "Flush socket pools" and "Close idle sockets",

dont download Advanced System Care 7 it will damage your regitry and make your computer more slower that's all scam or you may reinstalll your OS back to scratch!!! :)
