I have been stuck for a month by g pay problem so i watched your video, but befor a logging out my Google account to fix the issue but not solve any, but i am clearing the cache file of g pay app and update in playstore so it fix it amazingly so i am very happy

I was having this issue. It was simply that I'd logged out of the Google account connected to Google Pay. Logged back in and everything worked again. But it's good to know about clearing the cache. Thanks.
