Join me for a full-body workout that involves walking & toning with dumbbells. Let's burn some calories and tone up the whole body with this workout. The routine comprises full body compound movements that will aid in toning and trimming. There are low and high impact cardio options included, allowing you to modify the workout to your fitness level. If you wish, you can replace the walking or running segments with your preferred cardio movements such as squat jumps, skipping, burpees, high knees, or butt kickers.

I am using two 3 kg dumbbells for this workout, but you can choose to go heavier if you prefer. Ensure that you adjust your weights and pace to match your fitness and energy level.

Warning: Please be cautious when performing any forward bend exercises and always remember to contract your core and maintain a straight back. It is essential to avoid injury, so don't push yourself too hard and perform slow and controlled movements, only going as low as your body can manage.

REMEMBER: You can always change the pace or intensity of all my workouts to suit your mood or energy level for the day.
