I got a fibula fracture on the 22.7, I've been put on the boot for 6 weeks, yet after one week I've been told to take the boot off to sleep, doing flexo extension movements and put weight on it but use the crutches as well, not to do too much as it will stop the healing and I should rest as much as possible. Thing is the pain is sometimes excrutiating and as I haven't broken a bone before I just wondered if this is normal?

Faint bone marrow edema (bone bruise) in my ankle has me in this boot for four weeks. Planning to go for short walks to keep from going crazy. It's only day three.. 🙁

I got a jones fracture that didn't need surgery. On my 2 week follow up the doc said literally once as long as I'm not in pain I can do what I want. Sounded shady but ayye

Those boots are trash. Your foot can slip around in them a real cast is much better. Plus people don't even act like your really they thank your a faker.
