What type of meal do you usually eat before running?

This question is probably going to help you plan how much time should you wait as I talk in today's video the suggested waiting time to run after eating.

There's as short as 10 minutes of waiting time and as long as 2 to 4 hours.

I also share what schedule I did to fit my eating and working out when I was doing triathlon back then.

I’m pretty sure I’m a freak because other runners give me the weirdest look when they see me run 2 miles to my local bar/restaurant, eat a big burger and fries +2 pints of beer. Then I immediately turn around and run back home, and I feel fine doing that. I’m not running fast, but I am running. But my running buddies all seem to think that’s weird.

I just run in the morning then I dont have to worry about it

Wake up before breakfast and get it in. Wasn’t eh breakfast. I know if I eat before I run I’m not running that day

I have time now so I can wait a couple of hours before going and I like my performance after I've had a decent sized breakfast. But I can also go run if I haven't eaten anything. Or run maybe 30 mins after a lighter breakfast.
