I have also seen where you can go in feet first and your head is not in the MRI but rest of your body is on TV, pics, on YouTube etc

I just had this done and it was very unpleasant. My hand/wrist felt like it was being crushed in a vice. My arm went numb etc. There needs to be a better way to perform this procedure. The little foam ear plugs did not work very well. A headset with music would have helped.
