I had my miracle baby. Had two big fibroids. At one point they were degenerating and my baby snacks the fibroid where fighting for space blood ect. Was on bed rest, high risk, bleeding, hospitalized. Thank God I delivered vaginally a healthy almost 7 pound boy. Who is now turning 2 years old.

I’ve had 2 babies and one on the way carrying 7-9 cm fibroids. It’s only. The grace of God that I’m able to have children.

1. Walk daily. Seriously walk, at least 10k steps a day. And walk naturally, rather on the treadmill. It’s very important to not stress your body in anyway .
2. Eat in moderation and when you feel hungry, not because you have to.
3. Drink plenty of water
4. Cut every processed food from chips to anything canned, prepackaged or frozen for a long time. Try to use fresh vegetables and meat, which I understand is hard to find in the west, but you will have to somehow manage.
5. Try to sleep early and try to control your stress level as much as possible. And if you are in a toxic environment cut those things as much as possible.

currently 30 weeks pregnant with 6x6com fibriod went through degeneration with God my baby is still safe praying to make it full term

I shrunk my fibroids and got totally rid of my cyst by going on a vegan diet plus I added intermittent fasting I always used to workout so I just carried on doing that. The dr wad shocked at the scan but didn’t want to admit it was down to what changes I had made. Oh well worked for me.

Fibroids isnt that bad if you change your DIET . Personally i almost avoided red meat, dairy and sugar . Since then i never struggled with infertility i am now pregnant with my second baby with twins just tried 1 cycle .and with my first baby carried full term with zero symptoms delivered baby at 41 weeks vaginally with 2 big fibroids .Thank God

My doctor found my fibroid when I got pregnant with my last baby. She is now six and I’m glad that she is here. Changing my diet has helped with the fibroids

I've watched so many videos on how to get rid or reduce your fibroids naturally and many people are reporting the same thing if you have fibroids, it's root cause is because of high levels of estrogen. I have accumulated suggested solutions that commonly advised to reduce excess estrogen, please note this is me researching not my own advice. Here it goes take it or leave but I will be trying this for the next 3-6 months TO SEE IF IT WORKS:

Food to stop eating to lower estrogen levels:

1. Avoid Soya or food containing soya - check label

2. Avoid Flaxseeds and Flaxeed oil

3. Avoid Dairy (organic okay in small quantites )

4. Avoid Dried fruits

5. Avoid Grains /sugar - carbs ( high glycemic diet) - The biggest culprit

6. Avoid Non-organic meat and processed meat due to hormone being added and Grains being eaten ( Replace with grass-fed grass finished organic)

7. Avoid Alcohol

8. Avoid Legumes and beans

9. Stop eating and drinking from BPA

10. Stop using Teflon /nonstick pans. Use cast iron or steel pan

Add the following to your diet and lifestyle:

1.Add healthy fats wild salmon (fatty fish) 2
2. Eat avocado
3. Eat organic Cruciferous vegetable or organic Dried veg
4. Take Milk thistle
5. Take Dandelion (Tea)
6. Eat Raw carrots
7. Drink Green tea
8. Drink Ginger tea
9. Eat food rich in vitamin c
10. Eat Dark berries
11.Eat organic (non-pesticide) vegetables
12. Replace plastic containers with glass
13. Change cleaning products to non-toxic product

Bonus! Use a caster oil pack 3-4 tines a week! NOT TO BE USED IF YOU ARE PREGNANT!

Hi! thanks for this video. I did a deep dive in february after seeing a second sergeon, I was told sugery was needed, both doctors told me the uterus would need to go when they remove the fibroid...that wasnt for me. I asked about shrinking the fibroid and they both said it wasnt possible but I should try. I found a video from Dr. Ken Berry about a 90-day keto fibroid challenge. I started on Keto and went full out, it wasnt easy, NO alcohol at all, NO sugar, NO carbs at all NO grains basically I switched to pasture raised meats, poultry and wild small non preditory fish (sardines, anchovies and occasional wild salmon) pasture raised eggs, fermented full fat dairy and raw grass- fed cheese (sparingly) I got rid of all bad oils(GMO and seed oils any garbage oils) and only had grass-fed butter, organic EV olive oil, ghee, coconut and avocado oils. It was tricky and cravings were intense, I found some great YouTube channels (keto twins and Neisha Berry) I tried a lot of recipes. Intermittant fasting, My home has been clear of toxins since my fertility journey about 9 years ago and makeup/ beauty / endocrine disruptors have been eliminated when I became a certified health coach in 2007. I wear mostly natural fiber clothing that breaths. added some meditation and read a bunch of keto books (Naomi Whittle) and mind body books (Joe Dispenza) tried my best to get sleep. I went back for sonogram 2 weeks ago (5 months of keto) it has shrunk 13%!!! this is a big deal bc it was growing and had been for aboout 4 years! Alos, my periods (once wonky and grewsome) are now easy and regular! and I lost 5 lbs! Now, I am doing more ketovore diet and gave up coffee ( swtiched to Mud Water) as well as giving up all keto treats ( that was so hard!) will do this strict diet for another 5 months and go back to see - very excited about this win! I wrote a fertility book 2 years ago and will write another book when this all sorts out:) I will be 52 in september. thanks for the content and info ! it's great :)

Ladies! If you have multiple fibroids...I HIGHLY suggest you get rid of them or shrink them BEFORE getting pregnant. I lost my baby girl at almost 5 months into my pregnancy because of fibroids.

Eating sprouts or microgreens is another great way to increase your leafy greens. They have the full nutrient dose in the those tiny sprouts. Eating a handful of sprouts or microgreens is like a whole salad.

There might be another reason why African American women are more likely to form fibroids: vitamin D deficiency. The darker the skin, the less vitamin D the body can take in. I spent most of my teenage years inside and was living in Northern-Europe, so I got very little vitamin D throughout my youth. Now I have a fibroid the size of a melon.

This is what I learned from Shamans in a womb healing workshop. Women store their emotions in the uterus and its appendages. So any unresolved trauma from this life or past life can result in storing energy in the womb. This unresolved emotions turns in fibriods, Pcods and even cancer.So also dwell into Holistic healing.
