Zimmer, Tsaf, and their tema are on the right track, I think. Zimmer is a hacker and works security, if memory serves correct. These people have acces to kevlar, weapons, etc. I hope to join them in Brooklyn soon.

We need super villians. Not just criminals, but real criminals with costumes and brains. If Lucky Luchiano, Bonnie and Cylde, or the Dillinger gang had dressed up as really cool villians with make up and outfits then that would have been bad ass.

But Im far more afraid of a gun shoved in my face. I think you misunderstood my comment. While I agree fear is a good weapon (psychological pf course) I dont agree on your magician bit. and whats it have to do with them being religious or not, Like I said a mugger wouldn't be mugging IF they were religious

Its part of human nature to seek power, fortune and anything like that.
From all emotions fear stands alone in its power to move us and capture us in its grip forever.
Killing a mugger or muggers is not an answer you kill one of his friends will kill you sooner or later since revenge is also part of human nature.

If muggers get very bad and scary experience from mugging they will get afraid of it.
