This look nice but I have the last CC3 and I NEVER get the microphone work for calls. Teyes customer service suggested to physically separate internal mic in order to connect an external one (which sounds risky and not as a proper solution).

I think Teyes could fix this with a software update. I don't feel like buying new model for things like this.

I am trying to updating to last version but I can’t download is give me error same on custom logo bug fix, is not working on unit the custom logo:(, I have backup camera installed with a buttons to open the trunk can I make it to recording while driving the car? Hi. I'm wanting to buy the CC3 2K not sure yet 9.5 or 10.1
Im in UK. But they're not being helpful at all
I have a Renault trafic 2019 premier edition
On your website it shoes it installed in the van. But they keep coming back to me saying doesn't fit (9.5)
They won't give me explanation
So I asked them about the 10.1 universal. They eventually came back & said that doesn't fit. Again I asked for an explanation. No reply. From what I've seen the 10.1 fits in front & you don't need replacement frame as you do for the 9.5. Can you let me know if either of them fit please

The Coustomer Service is very bad and slow, i inquired about CC3 model to be procured and cost, the agent handling this wassap number is very slow in response and quite introvert, totally not a good choice to boost sales prospective..
