An “injunction against harassment” is the term of “restraining order” in Arizona. If you have been served with an injunction against harassment, read it carefully. It will have limits regarding what you can do in regards to the person who obtained the injunction against you. If you violate the injunction, you could be arrested.

If you want to challenge an injunction against harassment that was filed against you, talk to an attorney immediately. There is a limited time in which you can contest it and try to get it modified or quashed. If you do not contest the injunction, it will be valid and binding until the expiration date on your injunction paperwork.

I'm being harrassed by an attorney who is representing a company. This has happened just two days prior to my date of my civil suit. He complained about my Facebook page members from a year ago 🤔. He had the police investigation started to determine if I am a threat. I've found that a month ago something else about a case against me that is more than likely mistaken identity and I haven't been made aware of anything else. I submitted a FOIA request.

What if your neighbor gets an injunction against harrassment against but they harass daily and you live 10 feet from each other there is no way to stay away can you break your lease and move

If there is an acquaintance that Harasses someone in social gatherings such as being sarcastic directly to the person, or ruining their reputations in front of others, or talking about them in front of them to others in a negative and sneaky way, and these behaviors are her patterns and habits, can one file restraining order for the person ?
