Easy chocolate lava cakes in the air fryer! #easyrecipe #shorts

Air fryers really seem like the most versatile cooking appliances huh. They can toast up sandwiches, make small cakes and cookies cups, broil vegetables and croutons, and even provide you with comedy gold by their reflections. Nice.

Brush 2 ramekins with melted butter
Dust with cocoa powder

50 g chocolate
50 g butter
Melt 500W 1 min
Stir

1large egg
1 medium egg yolk
50 g icing sugar
Whisk till light and frothy
Pour In chocolate mixture
Mix
30 g plain flour
10g cocoa powder
1/4 tb salt
Stir

Put in ramekins from earlier

Air fry
170C
13 mins

Dump out upside down on a plate and dust with icing sugar

Enjoy!

for those trying this, I made it a few days ago and I recommend this.

Normal recipe but add 1/8 tsp of baking powder, 1/4 tsp of vanilla, and do 280 degrees for 14 minutes
