Explore the life of Bishop René Henri Gracida—the second oldest bishop in the world!

Gracida spent decades defending the faith, the Church's moral teaching, and her traditional liturgy. Over the last 10 years, he has played a significant role in responding to the troubling currents coming out of Rome, and has spoken out on issues that threaten the integrity of the Church's life. John-Henry explores Gracida’s perspective on the great question of the day: Is Francis the pope? Gracida's contributions over his career and retirement make his voice one of significant importance in today’s debates and on the direction of the Church.

If all bishops were like him, the church would be thriving.

The bishop is presenting his arguments in a calm and logical way. That shows his maturity. And by encouraging us to go the the Early Church Fathers shows his arguments go the foundations of Church!

God in His infinite mercy continues to give the Church faithful voices, in the spirit of St. Athanasius, to help believers to navigate these times of tribulation, of falsehood, confusion and betrayal of Christ's teaching. The enemy's moves do need to be uncovered, and history will resolve the unknowns. In the meantime, we must continue to live in a state of grace through the Sacraments and to live the theological virtues of faith, hope and charity. That is our part. Justice and vengeance belong to the Lord.

First of all, I think we need to see this blessed Bishop’s drivers license. He by no means looks like he was approaching his 100’s!!!

Secondly, what a Bishop! I would support him in whatever he suggested. Such a blessing he is and shows by example how to live out Catholic faith. ❤❤❤

What a wonderful way to start the year. Spreading doubt, suspicion & anger towards the Vicar of Christ, fomenting dissent and leading souls first into schism and then, eventually, to hell... Wow! Congratulations John-Henry!
What a terrible, frightening responsibility.

This man Bishop René Henry Gracida was the first bishop of the diocese I live in. I dearly wish that he was still the bishop of this diocese because the present bishop is an absolute disappointment in standing up to the abortion industry in this diocese. I personally have asked the present Bishop of Pensacola-Tallahassee to participate in the 40 Days for Life Campaign in Tallahassee on multiple occasions and he never had the time to even lead the people of his diocese in something as simple as the Rosary at the Planned Parenthood facility in the capital city of the state of Florida.
