As a fan who chanted it, I can say that the whole “you suck” thing basically translated to “you are a great performer and very entertaining as a heel.” It was always said with love

Kurt used to have fun with it too lol. I remember on Raw a while back where he came out and told the crowd “I’m going to go back and do this walk out again. And when I do: you better not be saying it!” So he goes back, restarts his whole entrance, and of course the crowd chanted it again. He did that like three times and on the fourth the crowd had upgraded from “you suck” to “fcuk you” 🤣🤣🤣
