Love this! Very classy.
A little extra work but it keeps people's fingers out of the common bowl.
BTW- I agree about getting shelled pistachios. They're often difficult to open.

Super cute and tasty idea! But a note: use UNSHELLED pistachios. Opening those things can be little buggers, and are very frustrating and time consuming to crack open!

I like to have a savory appetizer which is easy to eat. I would use nuts with no shell and skip the cookie. Save the sweet for dessert. Otherwise very appetizing and beautiful!

I liked these. I’d use more crackers and substitute the raspberries and blueberries for grapes because both of those could get mushy. Cute idea

I would try dried medjool dates and maybe some apricot for a bit more color. Also a tip if you find raspberries too tart, if you stick the blueberry in the raspberry and eat them like that the flavors play off each other amazingly! Go ahead and add some mint with the rosemary too, that combination works well together!

Not too keen on mixing desert items with the Charcuterie BUT The whole idea is AWESOME, since anyone can purchase a dozen plastic champagne cups anywhere. Thank you for sharing.

I love this idea, thank you for sharing.
For those who are anti olive you could spear a red and a green grape.
Personally I love olives.

Why would you put pisstachios with the shells on them still? It would be advantageous to splurge and get the ones where its already taken off 😂

This is so very cute and so easy to make substitutions if need and still get a beautiful effect. Probably the only think I would do different is to not put the macarons in the arrangement, even though it made it look cute (maybe taking some icing and "glue" it to the foot of the champagne glass?). All I could think of was that macaron sucking up that olive juice. Thanks for sharing your very pretty & creative idea!

Oh this is wonderful! As California native, this is exactly what I love to snack on. I would add a date and a strawberry and maybe a couple grapes.

The idea is so great. Some changes I’ll do is: buy pistachios without shell or buy some nuts instead of the pistachios. 2. I won’t use macarons because doesn’t match with the salami, instead I use some almonds with dark chocolate cover. And adding a little spoon will be nice. My suggestion only. Thank you for sharing this lovely idea and the salami roses were awesome ❤
