How to Turn On and Use Call Screening

Hello I am wondering how I can screen my calls on Samsung I know there are other apps for this. I'm just wondering what those apps are since I don't have a pixel phone and I've seen a tiktok about this but for some reason I can't find it anymore even if I looked in my history!

I used to be able to screen calls myself Moto z4. Recently got a Moto One 5g and i csnt find the option. Any help..

I actually tried this on my pixel 4a and I felt that I am missing some important calls from 'first time callers'. So turned off the feature. It's just that I am scared as I don't want my phone to automatically block a potential employer.
