I work for an interior design/build, design and procurement company, specialising in commercial units (so not residential like homes but rather offices in London like Rockstar games, Sky, KidZania, etc. whatever) ..the CAD designs (assume they’re CAD+photoshop, etc. I’m no designer) which he’s shown aren’t the bessst (obv not Matts fault) but I promise, the house will look a million times better. I mean with the drawings it still looks unreal. So, just wait.
Usually CAD designs are surprisingly insanely accurate to the final product but unfortunately, these drawings don’t display the true reflection of what will be to come ..simple terms..they’re not so realistic looking. Nonetheless, this house reveal video is going to be out of this world-without.a.doubt. They’ve been patient and that will ALWAYS produce a phenomenal result.
Love your house videos (for obv reasons), and am ecstatic for the result!
This home.. will be a dream home.

If you want a foundations done quickly and strong enough to support a ten story building, hire a german company . i live in The Black Fore's and have had two custom homes built here . the one i'm in now has massive footings and the slab is ten inches thick with thre layers or rebar and steel mesh . AND after 6 years, not a single crack anywhere in the slab and walls . incredible !
