To this day, I can't comprehend people's thought processes in reguarda to merging a mile before the closing lane actually closes. AND THEN getting pissed to high heaven when other people actually do the correct thing. This is at the very top of my road using pet peeves list.

This is exactly what I do in this situation... perfectly legal... blocking a lane is not...if drivers want to crawl for 2 to 3 miles, that's fine....the next time, follow me to the merge point...it's the same as merging on to an active highway...
