Sanctions had been very successful? ?? Ask pensioners in Slovakia or Poland when they go to a supermarket to buy food and when they are receiving there electricity bills... the bills are 4x or 5X higher in some cases and this man says that the sanctions are successful... ordinary people are struggling already because of these sanctions and the winter has not yet arrived.
The reality is different to what this man and many of the mainstream media describes.
