And what happens if Ukraine wins the battle of Donbass and recaptures the city of Kherson? There would be no victory for Putin and Ukraine will likely decided they can force out the whole Russian occupation over time. Will NATO force Ukraine to not go further to avoid angering Putin? That seems a bit unfair after all the Ukraine has sacrificed.
