But it doesn’t have to be your birthday to enjoy these oats! 📌 SAVE the recipe for your next meal prep!

Macros: 440 cals - 13g fat - 48g carbs - 26g protein

Ingredients:
½ cup sprouted oats
½ cup soy milk
15g scoop vanilla protein – Head to my bio for 25% OFF my favourite protein!
2 tbsp plain vegan yogurt + 2 tbsp more for the top!
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp vegan sprinkles! I buy them at @wholefoodscanada in the bakery aisle!
1 cookie, crumbled – I used @glutenull Coco D’lish cookie

Recipe:
To a high speed blender add: oats, soy milk, vanilla protein, 2 tbsp yogurt, and vanilla extract
Blend until smooth
Pour into a bowl or container and set in the fridge until firm, 1-2 hrs or overnight
Add the remaining 2 tbsp of yogurt to the top of your oats smoothing it with a spoon
Cover in sprinkles and a crumbled cookie!
