Apple Cinnamon Quick Bread

3/4 c Applesauce
1/3 c oil or melted butter
2 large eggs, beaten
3/4 c brown sugar
1 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 t baking powder
3 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt

Topping:
2 T melted butter
3 T sugar
1 t

In bowl combine applesauce, oil. eggs, and brown sugar

In seperate bowl combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.Add to wet ingredients and stir to combine. Pour into greased 9 " bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min. When done cool about 10 min. Brush with butter and sprinkle over sugar cinnamon mixture
