HOW TO MAKE DELICIOUS CINNAMON APPLE BREAD (MARISFOODTRIP)
'How to make delicious cinnamon
My Own Version Cinnamon Apple Bread. Tasty Delicious For Coffee With Your Friends and Families.
This apple cinnamon quick bread has a nice crumb and is not overly sweet - The apple inside that’s mixed with sugar and cinnamon makes this bread super moist without it being doughy and keeps it fresh for days. soft and fluffy.
The flavor of the cinnamon apples comes through even more when the bread has rested. Perfect for your breakfast, snacks with your favorite coffee.
Instruction
This is how I make my Cinnamon Apple Bread. (Dough is already separate and prepared)
INGREDIENTS for dough
450g (3 cups) plain bread flour
1 tablespoon (12g/2 sachets) dried yeast
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
250ml (1 cup) warm milk
3 tablespoons melted butter or vegetable oil
Step 1
Combine flour, yeast, and sugar in a large bowl. Stir in salt. Make a well in the center. Add milk and butter. If you don`t have milk you can use lukewarm water.
Step 2
Use a wooden spoon to stir the mixture until well combined, then use your hands to bring the dough together in the bowl. Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 10 minutes or until the dough is smooth and elastic. Let the dough rise within 30 to 45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180 `degrees (bake within 10 to 15 minutes)
1. 5 Sliced apples
2. Half tsp salt
3. Half cup sugar
4. 2 tbsp cinnamon
5. Combined all and cook in medium heat until tender put into a blender and set aside.
6. Flatten the dough according to your sizes and spread the cinnamon mixture or apple jam
7. Sliced in a middle and carefully roll sideways.
