I disagree with this one. She might be afraid of getting hurt again even though she likes the guy. And maybe that's why she hesitant. Trying to figure out if she should give it a chance. She might be a good woman who gave up on love after being disappointed so many time and have to heal herself many times. I don't know what you mean by chase because this new generation of men. Might " chase" you for a week and they start talking about she playing game. Not all women play games. Fear of being disappointed and mistreated after she find herself in a happy and peaceful place. can cause a woman to take longer accept man advances. Because some men, can come to your life and bring chaos. If this man is serious he will be patient and try to figure out why the woman is dragging her feet instead of making assumptions.

Come on, this is bs. Now a days women are flooded by guys who are trying to get with them. When they notice a man who isn’t like the other guys fighting for her attention, she notices the man who is ok with not having her. He is friendly towards her, maybe acting a bit flirtatious himself towards her. But his peace of mind and purpose is paramount. And a good woman will see that and admire him. It makes the man a rare commodity.

As a woman, I pretty much agree with this. If I'm not giving a man my time or really putting in effort to talk to him or see him, then I'm not that interested in him. However, I will say that I unfortunately know too many women who are still taught to believe that a man should always chase a woman (or be the one to chase), so they play 'hard to get' because they think that will spark his 'male instinct' and interest, and get him to chase her. I hate that way of thinking. It's just games, whether they're trying to manipulative or just come from a place of ignorance and are extremely naive...I believe that neither side should 'chase' the other. If the interest is there, both parties should be showing interest, giving equal effort, and able to communicate their needs like grown adults. Man or woman, 'chasing' is unnecessary and kind of toxic, tbh.
