Hey bob, maybe for more fun, add a bell at the top for a “I did it” kinda goal for the kids.

I think it is great. The bell idea is cool too. Bet you can find kids in your yard any hour of the day, playing.

Very cool. I like that it doesn't take up a lot of room in the yard. Thanks for sharing!

Awesome work Bob - love your normal channel, and digging these collabs with Lowes!

Lowe’s, this is the smartest business decision you could make in the digital age

Hi Bob good info. May also add a vinyl post sleeve/cap to dress up the post which would also prevent splinters and prolong the post life.

Good stuff Bob!

Another hint: for the knots to avoid getting smaller, use the butterfly knot! They are really strong and used for many climbing applications, so they'd be a good fit for the project.
Also I'd cut the bolts and use a ring nut, that way you save on bolt holes and avoid any sharp threads sticking out

Great video, Lowe's and Bob! That's a really cool climbing thing, and my kids would love to have one!

Nice bowline knot, Bob! Great project!

I’m thinking there will be a zip line from the top of the frame

Great project idea. I’m interested to see how long this project will last. The outer anchor points were already moving when the kids climbed on them and the center post was moving quite a bit when Bob climbed. Does this project have longevity? Or will it be more of a seasonal thing?

Good job Bob! I like to build stuff - got to check that out.

My only suggestion is to use alpine butterfly knots rather than overhand knots as they don't reduce rope strength.

Very cool, I think I'm going to do this at home for my kids, the neighbors have the swing and slide, we can have the rope jungle gym! Thanks for the idea and showing us how you did it @iliketomakestuff

Very cool. Can you put a pool noodle over the turn buckles? Knowing me, I'd fall, and that would be the first thing I'd hit. Haha

I love your videos but that middle pole seems like it moves alot and could possibly get even looser over time with all of the movement.

Bob is one of my favorite makers, but this didn't turn out how I expected... The final shape was close to "Eiffel Tower", but I think a wide base pyramid would be more fun. Maybe starting the horizontal ropes at the bottom corners instead of the top would prevent it from closing in like a square rope ladder?

So Bob, how are we calling the amusement park you're building in your garden? Makerland? Rolls off the tongue better than ILTMSland ;)

feel like the hole wasnt deep enough. also mabe something to protect from heads hitting bad side of the bolts? and what about multiple posts? seems a little small for kids to play on it
