BIG UPDATE!! New Changes In 1.3, Characters Leaks, Free Rewards, Rerun - Wuthering Waves

Today, we will discuss confirmed leaks about version 1.3 and speculations about versions 1.4 and 2.0. There's also been a leak suggesting a character rerun in version 1.3. Please note that these leaks are from Tieba and 4chan, so their legitimacy is uncertain. Firstly, regarding version 1.3, Kuro Games has invested significantly in the game and readjusted the story with new cinematics. We will get two new female characters: Shore-keeper and Youhu. The Shore-keeper's element is 60% Spectro and 30% Dual, and she uses a rectifier as her weapon. Her combat role is still uncertain but may involve buffing or healing. She has three levels of domain expansion and can transform into a butterfly, both for exploration and combat. Her intro skill features a special VFX.

Youhu is a new 4-star character with a Glacio element, evident from her themed necklace. She uses gauntlets and her combat role involves off-field damage. Her skills are versatile, hitting both near and far targets.

In my opinion, the new character designs in version 1.3 are appealing, though all are female. The Shore-keeper's dual attribute and butterfly transformation are particularly interesting. However, I won't be pulling any of the new characters as I'm waiting for a husbando. None of the new characters use swords, unlike version 1.2 characters, which is a bit disappointing.

There is also a rumor about a character rerun for Yinlin in version 1.3. While this leak feels uncertain, it might be a good opportunity to pull her if you missed her in version 1.0.

Moving on to version 1.4, I am disappointed that Camelia didn't debut in version 1.3 despite leaked SFX suggesting her appearance. I believe she will debut in version 1.4, as it makes sense given her skill set and in-game SFX. There is also speculation about a new 4-star male character in version 1.4, but we will have to wait and see.
