Patch 0.12 on the 12.12.2021 at 12;12 moscow time (i think). We germans call this "Schnapszahl" or in english, booze number.

If i remember this right from back 2019/20, shortly after Reshala was intruduced, BSG suggested, that he can call on a mortar strike. So bosses and Scav captains can call upon mortar strikes.
