I’ve been morbidly obese my whole entire life and have been making changes for the past few months. I started at 300lb and lost 60lb. Still a long way to go. Idk why, but fat acceptance videos help me stay motivated. On one hand, I’m saddened that they exist, but on they other, they serve as a great motivator and remind me of how miserable i used to be before I started losing the weight. Now I feel the best I’ve felt in my whole life, both mentally and physically.
