Methi Malai Muttar is a very popular Punjabi dish made with fresh fenugreek leaves (methi leaves), green peas, cream and spices. It is rich and creamy and is usually served as a side dish for roti, parathas and naan. In this version, the gravy will be white in color as I have not added turmeric powder, chilli powder or tomatoes. It is excellent with appam, idiyappam also.
