This is how I'm making my chili for now on, so no more chili powder. I think I'll put my meat in the smoker for a nice smokey flavor and then finish it in the pot.

hes chili is a little different than mine, he uses a pure chili base which is probably closer to the original chili. I use san marzano tomato base and blend chillies and garlic into it

Always makes me laugh how Americans pronounce Worcestershire 😂. The sauce comes from the county here in the U.K. it’s pronounced Wuster-sher.

More explanation on the final 60 seconds. That look like a dollop of sour cream and possibly some chives or scallions and then the drizzle of the cheese that you made. I hope I'm correct

i will say he didnt put nearly enough garlic, looks like he minced 1 clove. I usually put 4 to 6 cloves per pot of chili
