Wow! Been listening to Sammy Hagar for decades. from solo. Van Halen, Chickenfoot and more. He loock like he hasnt aged much. Lost some hair, but look like a true rock legend.

I want to be re-incarnated as bulgogi. So that everybody loves me! Good bulgogi is my soul food. It's just hard to find. Not all that many Korean restaurants in rural America, and not all of them make the bulgogi the way i like it.

Slightly sweet, slightly sour, and very meaty. And if it's spicy bulgogi, it had better be spicy!

My favorite Korean restaurant, has gochujang on the side, and i dip both the meat and the mandu in that. The Kimchi is fine on it's own, and is it's own special goodness.

Odd that someone of a very nordic genetic background loves Korean food so much. Korean food is just that good. Saur Kraut and Kimchi, both fermented cabbage, and yet while i grew up eating saur kraut, i much prefer Kimchi.

I eat garlic raw. Never felt it to be bitter or harsh. But different people have different tastes. When i was a kid could not stand onion or green peppers (but garlic didn't bother me). Now, completely different. Love both onions AND bell peppers (of all colors). Garlic, Brussels sprouts, rhubarb, potatoes, always been tasty to me, and probably always will be.

Some of it is how you are raised and what you eat as a kid. Some of it is genetic. Some of it is just a mystery of nature. ^-^

I went to Hodads and got a Guido Burger w/onion rings and the o.b. noodle house the next day and ate pho and those wings! They are legit!❤
