What if instead of Germany signing a non-aggression pact with the Soviet Union to partition Poland, in an alternate history Poland and Germany maintained their own non-aggression pact, and Poland joined the Axis Powers to partition the Soviet Union instead? Would World War II still happen if Poland is never invaded?

I’ll have to challenge you here Mr. Z. Mussolini actually stopped a possible Anschluss in 36, stationing troops on the border when Germany tried the first time… just to point out their is difference in Mussolini’s fascism and Hitlers National Socialist party. I’ll also point out that Japan did not assist in any way with Barbarossa, though it would of very much helped Germany. Italy did send some troops into the Soviet Union, as did spain, but long story short all these dictators had their own goals and nowhere near the level of organization like the Allies.

Me playing Democratic Poland in HOI4, give up Posnan, Silesia, and Danzig, and in return join the Axis, get the Baltics, Ukraine, and Belarus.

I feel like Poland would have lost West Prussia and part of Posen in a similar way that Romania lost part of Transylvania and Bessarabia in the Vienna Awards

The only way Germany would ever agree to the mere existence of Poland was if Danzig and all other lost territories were returned. One of the founding tenets of the Nazi party was to undo the “Mistakes of Versailles” and Poland was one of those “mistakes”. This scenario could be plausible if and only if Poland cedes the land that Germany claimed.

Even with the geographic concerns, Germany would still be the biggest benefactor in the war, mearly due to military strength, likely imo, lebensraum would still be achieved in this timeline, with the Poles left surrounded. If they were to try anything Hitler would most likely pull a Napoleon in Spain and occupy Poland

Now we need what if KMT China joined the Axis. Germany did support the KMT before they switched to Japan after 1940.

I honestly thing a lot of this is just false.
first of all, germany didnt just want danzig, they wanted much more, their goal was to get back the territories of the pre-ww1 german empire and more. poland sparating east prussia from rest of germany, and holding cities such as poznań, and parts of silesia was unacceptable to the nazis.

germany would not consider giving up poland in return for parts of the soviet territories, expansion of "german living space" was the main reason for the war, so an alliance between germany and their primary enemy would just be idiotic.

In 1572, the Polish gentry invited Ivan the TeRrIbLe to convert to Catholicism and lead the united state of Russia and Poland (and, I almost forgot, Lithuania). But he refused. What happens if he agrees?

Hitler actually liked and respected Pilsudski quite a lot
So if he didnt died, this would have problaby happened

Pilsudcki and his rule were more centrist or moderate. It was his successors who were more nationalist openly anti-Semitic and authoritarian. Danzig was a free state and not under the supervision of Poland. Germany wanted a land bridge to Danzig and East Prussia. That and many other reasons caused the war with Poland.

What if General Zhukov marched through Manchukuo after the battle of Khalkhin Gol and cause the chaos on Japanese Empire.

With Poland and Germany defeating the Soviets, what's to prevent these states from going to the negotiating-table and established the old borders of Poland and Germany, reducing the friction between those states?
