I went to an accupunturist for this exact issue and she said it was because of excess heat in my liver. The liver is associated with these emotions in Chinese medicine (when unbalanced). The accupuncture helped a lot, but best thing for me was moving out of the house where I grew up in and experienced trauma and moved in with my significant other.

So I went to bed last night. I was wired and stressed. How do i even calm down to sleep? I did this exercise right here for just a few minutes and I I was able to go right to sleep and I slept through the while night!! Wth?!!! That was insane. It doesn't even look like an exercise. Thank you ❤🎉

I usually wake up at 1:30 and 3:30 a.m. Always have.
I have accepted that there are things there is no resolution for.
Seems my brain is resisting.🤷🏼‍♀️
