What is a cortisol supplement you recommended ? With your course release trauma will I loose weight ? Interested tried everything and in full blown menopause I a person que neve gain weight have being gaining no stop even though I didn’t change anything or eat more ( actually I am eating much less and exercise much more … Soul crashing 😢
