It is a promo of the large and high detailed 3D reconstruction of the center of ancient Rome.

We are working with it for several years, and the final product will be released in a few months. It will be integrated in a game engine, so you all will be able to walk along these streets, forums and palaces!

I am taking a history of architecture-course, it's mostly history, but we do have to know some basic elements of the structure of buildings and building materials. We also look at floor plans. Your video really nice, to be able to see what we are learning, come to life. It's so beautiful. I am sure you put in a lot of work into it, thank you very for sharing.

I have an idea for you, you could do the terra-cotta army in China. I have seen a picture of it done over in bright colors, amazing. My instructor has shown a few still pictures of ruins, that have been made over, to demonstrate what they may have looked like. He went on about the beautiful and structurally ingenuous aspects. Then he said "they painted them in gaudy colors". I though that was so funny because it's his opinion. I am a "bright color person" and think that is the only way for them to have painted them.

I have seen a few other 3D reenactments, and yours are much higher quality. Some have really bad music. Others spin around too fast and we don't get a good look at it. So thanks, I will be spreading around the word to my fellow classmates.
