For Javascript we have Typescript (and other alternatives) to do strong type checking. Newer versions of Python have type annotations and PHP 7 also has types if I'm not wrong.
Rule of thumb, if there is a problem with a technology that is very easy to face, it has probably being probably resolved already in some way, you just have to find that solution.

what should i do Stefan. i have wasted many years of mine preaching religion with science. I finally found my ultimate passion, which is computer science. but i feel more inclined to feel behind. i do not really understand if i qualify myself for machine learning development since others have worked harder than me to achieve themselves in software development lifecycles. I do not know what to do in this domain, besides learn and hope that I have reached the level oh hardwork. Any advice on what the person should do in this matter?

Languages are tools..
Let me rephrase that, most languages are different brands of swiss army knifes, each with a different combination of tools. They can have the same tools (with or without a different implementation) and their own special tools.
Only esoteric languages shouldn't be taken serious.

The same things could be said about ADOBE and all of their products. A real artist doesn't need those digital tools, they do it the HARD way. Sound familiar. Use the tool you want to use.

your course certification is not recognised anywhere.. so employers won't be impressed by it. Real certification (like a university degree in programming does impress: it formally shows you are capable in programming and everything surrounding it, like technical documentation, etc etc)
Either have a portfolio and know things, by yourself (and maybe some guiding from lessons you give) and hope you are considered for an interview. OR have formal certification.
Not saying your course is bad, or useless.. nope, it is good and useful, but mentioning the certification is useless for above reason.

Java developer isnt better than python developer, and python developer isnt better than Java developer
