My life has become more precious now with this knowledge.

My Ioniq does this too. It’s handy, but I do find it quicker to hit the button a couple more times than holding it up or down for a few seconds. I love the automated settings for the seat. That’s very nice.

I have a 2016 Kia Cadenza Premium and would really like to see a video on how to properly change my HID headlight bulbs if possible. I also enjoyed your video.

That's interesting, because the seat heater / cooling controls work exactly the same as in my Stinger, and I do the 3 lever thing to turn it off, will try the hold down the lever to turn off next time, see if it works. 😊

Thanks for all the info you supply on the KIA and Hyundai’s. You should have a title, like Professor or something..

Reminds me of the time when i discovered that in some of my casio watches you can hold the mode button to go back to time mode, without going thru the other modes. not every casio does that tho.

Very interesting tip about turning off the seat heater. I have to go try that in my 2019 Niro EV to see if it also works. Thanks.

Hi here's a different question, my heated steering wheel indicator light is flashing. When I tap it on it flashes, when I tap it again it stops. Why is it flashing? By the way I love your videos!!

It's great after getting drive thru & placeing "hot food or Pizza" on passenger-side heated seat & place jacket over it crank heat full blast. I assure you it will be warm when you get home.

Hope you can answer/explain. I have a 2022 Hyundai Tucson Limited. Few things are just insane. The outdoor temperature is just below freezing. Every time I start the vehicle I have to shut off the fresh air intake unless I have the heat on. I don’t necessarily want the heat on…but I definitely don’t want cold air blowing at me. Next if I’m driving in snow and stop for a couple of minutes…gas or convenience store or just drop something off somewhere. I have to retell it I’m driving in snow. If I use the preset for different drivers…the seats update to the position but the mirrors don’t. I use two different devices - one for phone the other for podcasts. It can’t remember this setting, but it can remember I have both devices, again I can manually select it but if I’m only stopping for a few minutes why isn’t there a way to save my settings for recirculate air, device management, seats and mirrors, or screen layout, or what type of driving conditions I’m in? Just asking. I love the Tucson Limited hybrid but why the nuttiness in having to go thru half dozen settings every time I shut it off and turn it back on.

One last thing…some places I go have security systems that prevent me from locking or unlocking the doors. I have found most times I run into this situation I hold the remote on top of the SUV and press the lock button. Yes it is not possible to lock the doors from the outside without the remote or the key to manually lock it.

Question for you. Don’t tell the dealership warranty issues. :-)

I removed my front passenger seat in my Kia EV for more space. Love the space. But now my driver side seat heater doesn’t work. Obviously the circuit was broken. Any ideas how to resolve this?
