I've been using dermaco products since 2020, their products have changed my skin tremendously. I had pimples acne marks all over my face. Salicylic acid serum is the best option for acnes, pores. Firstly, if u wanna do a patch test, DO NOT apply on unaffected area cz u ll end up getting breakouts and I did experience it. So then i tried it on affected area with just 1-2 drops, and trust me, i was amazed to see the results in just one try.
Always use it on Night, and apply more moisturizer and sunscreen to that area where uve applied the serum. Initially start using twice in a week then u can increase!
I was literally so scared, but by gods Grace..I didn't experience any kinda purging etc
