I know they say not having enough fiber..but I ate a large salad everyday for 2 years and went for a scope and they told me I had a polyp removed..not cancerous..and had diverticulosis?? And my blood pressure was high and I was having heart palpitations...I went on carnivore diet...just meat ...my blood pressure went down, no more heart palpitations but have a hard time going to the bathroom...I take 300 magnesium citrate a day ..may not be enough, and drink 2 liters of water a day ..I just had to try something before things got worse and my doctor had no answers...the last time I went for scope was 3 years ago and he couldn't complete the scope because there was still poop in there ..said I would have to drink that stuff for 3 days...i could barely do 2 days...I went on this diet and haven't seen him since.

I do have and having a lot of constipation. I'm eating high fibre diet but sometimes bleeding and windy stomach. Pea shaped stool in mucus.

Eat a carnivore diet. No fiber. Lots of fat
