Business employ people and pay wages. Putting up NI and raising the wage will stall decision making as far as expansion plans go. The last two years have seen us all suffering as our business and home base costs have increased. It’s going to be tough going. As for the NHS a decent management structure would help cut down wastage and lead staff effectively.
