NYC migrant crisis: City council urges increased funding for asylum seekers

City Council Majority Leader Keith Powers, as well as four other members, were in Washington, D.C. this week making their case regarding the migrant crisis. FOX 5 NY's Briella Tomassetti has the story.

Fast track work permits - free this and free that - put them in schools / churches / hotels - when are we going to wake up and turn them around and send them back. I get up at 2:20AM everyday to travel 3hrs to another state to work and get home at 9:30pm every night - I pay taxes into two states for 20yrs and couldnt get a free cup of coffee if i was dying of thirst - where is the justice in that? Who is looking out for me or my family?
