Good video and you explain the theory well, but when you're labeling charts, although it may be of little importance bc you explain it, could you say the acronyms. I'm taking notes bc YouTube is a far better resource than the books the test makers provide for the SHRM CP/SCP exam. What does the " I" in UAI stand for and for LTOWVS.... My guess is Uncertainty Avoidance Index and Long Term Orientation W Vs. Short???
