personally my most painful was my septum (yes, worse than my medusa, that was actually painless for me) the consequences of a bad piercer :(

Would agree the nipples are up there on the painful scale. They definitely were my most painful piercing; completely took my breathe away and I almost didn't get the other one done, but as with all of my piercings, the pain doesn't last long. The healing wasn't too bad either, just very long at 18months to fully heal.

My Industrial was VERY painful for me! I could feel the needle tearing through the cartilage slow motion and blood running out. It could be because the cartilage is thick. All in all it’s my favorite piercing and worth all the pain! 😊

My nipple piercings were actually totally fine. I know pain varies for everyone, but mine was felt like a hard pinch or a vaccine-like stinging sensation. I was worried that I’d be in immense pain, but the two piercers I was working with did them at the same time. They were so informative and kind during the whole process, and it really put my mind at ease because I was panicking on the inside. They really weren’t very sore afterwards. Soreness disappeared two or three days later and then it only hurt if the barbells moved (which I tried my best not to do, obviously, and I still try not to). I’ve had them for less than a month and they’re great. Totally worth it. It just all depends on your pain tolerance. Some people told me that the pain was unbearable, others said it wasn’t that bad at all. Everyone who told me about their experiences told me they were absolutely worth it, though. I’ve never felt sexier or more confident in myself in my life. Going in to get my navel pierced in the next two months.

So surprised to see orbital listed as so painful. Definitely my longest to heal piercing but I would say it hurt even less than my dermal punched inner conch (which also was honestly, much less painful than expected).

Had my nips done back in the day most painful piercing I’ve ever had. I really don’t the anatomy for it. They would never heal one rejected. So I just had the one after that and it just never would heal no matter what so after a year and half I took it out.

I got my nips pierced but by far my worst ever was getting my “hips” pierced. Young and dumb did surface dermals for a few months then properly got dermal anchors in that same area. Absolutely horrible...

I have 2 orbitals (conch to faux rook)- the jewelry can be a pain if anything doesn’t move right, but if it all moves right, it isn’t terrible. Healing the second one was gnarly because the angle of 1 of the holes was just fat enough off that I had the ring eating into my ear- we removed the top one and left the bottom one to heal about 6 weeks, then re-pierced the top one; it has been healing like a dream.

I a vertical industrial conch piercing and a true orbital going through my conch, and yes they were probably my most painful piercings but I absolutely love them.
