I know it's fake, but please don't get these or encourage others to get it. It's one of the risker piercings & can lead to real damage of the nose, especially as most piercers refuse to do them so people often get them done by sketchy piercers who'll agree to do any piercing when getting this piercing right requires a lot of skill & experience. Infections are incredibly serious, and surgery due to issues from a rhino piercing is common. Plus, it leaves a very noticeable scar when removed. Every piercing has risks, but rhino piercings are one where the risks easily outweigh any love for the piercing.
